Q What is Marvel Studios: A Universe of Heroes Indonesia Experience 2022 about?

A Touted as the largest Marvel Exhibition in Southeast Asia, the Marvel Studios: A Universe of Heroes Exhibition Indonesia, showcases original artifacts — costumes, props and concept art — from a spectrum of Marvel Studios titles and Disney+ Original series shows spread across more than 13 unique zones. Through a series of immersive and multi-sensory experiences, fans can take a closer look on the epic journey of their favourite Marvel Super Heroes.

Q Where is the exhibition located?

A It is located at City Hall - Pondok Indah Mall 3, Jl Kartika Utama no 1 RT 06/RW 16 Pd. Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, 12310 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Q How long does the exhibition run?

A Marvel Studios: A Universe of Heroes Exhibition Indonesia will be open for public from 3 June 2022 to 20 September 2022.

Q What is the operational hours of the exhibition?

A The exhibition will open from 10am until 10pm, daily. Last batch will be at 10pm.

Q Is there a maximum number of tickets that I am allowed to purchase?

A Yes, the maximum number of tickets per purchase is dependent on the ticket category.

Q Are purchased tickets refundable and transferable?

A Kindly note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please read the full Terms and Conditions here.

Q Can I reschedule my exhibition visit?

A Unfortunately you cannot reschedule your exhibition visit once your ticket is issued.

Q Are there any restrictions on items that I can bring into the exhibition area?

A The following items are not permitted within the exhibition venue:
- food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks)
- weapons in any form
- cigarettes
- lighter
- sharp objects (such as knives, scissors, cutters, etc.)
- pets
- foldable chairs
- oversized objects (such as luggage/suitcase, stroller, scooter, bicycles)
- professional camera and photography equipment (e.g. SLR, DSLR, tripod, flash, reflectors, etc). Use of professional camera and photography equipment for photography, recording or otherwise will be subject to prior approval from Disney and the Organizer. Q Are there any flashing lights in the exhibition?

A Please be mindful that lighting will be installed inside the exhibition area which may be sensitive for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Q Is there any age restrictions for visitors?

A Visitors of 3 years old and older are welcome to join in the exhibition.

Q Are wheelchairs allowed inside the exhibition area?

A Wheelchairs are allowed inside the exhibition area, but the organizer do not provide wheelchairs for visitors.

Q Is there any deposit box in the exhibition venue?

A We do not provide deposit box.

Q Are pregnant women allowed to visit the exhibition?

A Yes.

Q Do I have to get vaccinated to enter the exhibition?

A - Yes. Visitors who are 3 to 5 years of age: no vaccination requirement.
- Yes. Visitors who are 6 to 12 years of age: minimum first dose and shall show vaccine certificate(s).
- Yes. Visitors who are 13 years of age and above: minimum second dose and shall have the PeduliLindungi application or show vaccine certificates.
- Yes. Visitors who are not vaccinated due to health issues shall present a negative PCR test result issued within 1x24 hr before the exhibition visit schedule.

Q Can I dress in my favourite Marvel superhero costume?

A Yes, you are welcomed to dress in your favourite Marvel superhero costume! However, kindly note that all masks that are part of the costume shall be removable. All replica weapons (e.g. plastic/toy guns and swords) are NOT allowed.

Q Can I buy Marvel merchandise at the exhibition venue?

A At the end of your exhibition journey, you can shop Marvel merchandise at the retail area within the exhibition venue. You can also visit other retail areas at the atriums at 2nd Floor and Ground Floor, Pondok Indah Mall 3.

Q Can I take pictures in the exhibition?

A Yes, you can! However, kindly note that use of professional camera and photography equipment for photography, recording or otherwise will be subject to prior approval from Disney and the Organizer. Please send an email to: marvelexhibitionid@visindotama.com

Q Are there restrooms in the exhibition?

A No, there are no restrooms inside the exhibition area. We advise you to use the restroom outside the exhibition area before you start your exhibition journey. Exit and re-entry are not permitted during the exhibition journey.

Q Are there places to sit down within the exhibition?

A There is no designated seating within the exhibition. Foldable chairs are also not allowed.
