HOW TO PURCHASE AND REDEEM THE TICKET

• Tickets can be purchased online at Tiket.com or, starting 12 May 2022 or other date determined by Disney and the Organizer, at our ticket booth at:
  - Pondok Indah Mall 1 (in front of H&M store)
  - Near Intercontinental Hotel, join area with redemption counter
  - Atrium area 2nd floor, Pondok Indah Mall 3
  - Roadshow booth within Jabodetabek area. Location details will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
• Number of tickets per purchase is dependable on the ticket category. Please ensure to fill in the correct information of each visitor when purchasing the tickets.
  
• For online purchase at Tiket.com, please follow the below steps:
  - head to https://www.tiket.com/to-do/marvel-studios-a-universe-of-heroes-exhibition-indonesia;
  - you will be automatically directed to the Marvel Exhibition page at Tiket.com’s website or application;
  - select the date dan time of your preference and fill in the number of ticket(s) you wish to purchase;
  - please fill in the name, mobile number, email address, and other requisite information for each visitor attending the exhibition. Please ensure all information is correct;
  - please read and agree to the ticketing terms and conditions;
  - select the payment method and complete the payment process;
  - please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Tiket.com;
  - click ‘Order’;
  - once your purchase is completed, your ticket will be sent to the email registered in Tiket.com or you can find it in the 'My Order' page at Tiket.com.
• Your ticket will be in a form of a unique barcode that will be sent to your email registered in Tiket.com or you can find it on the 'My Order' page at Tiket.com. The ticket will indicate the name of visitor, date and time of your visit.
  
• On your visit schedule, please go to the exhibition venue at City Hall, 5th Floor, Pondok Indah Mall 3 and redeem the ticket (i.e. unique barcode) with Passport Booklet (eligible only for visitors up to 12 years of age), Marvel ID and wristband.
• PT Visindotama Medikarsa Prima (the “Organizer”) and/or Disney will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced Marvel ID, Passport Booklet and wristband. No replacement will be provided.
  
• Please only come to the exhibition venue on the date and time specified in the ticket. Visitors who come outside of the scheduled time will not be allowed to enter the exhibition area
